STAR Spring Enrichment Classes

Welcome Back

We are pleased to announce the Spring schedule of the Castle Heights S.T.A.R. College Classes for Kids. This season's schedule offers a variety of classes to be taught by specialists in their field. These classes offer an excellent opportunity for children to broaden and stimulate their creative and intellectual horizons. Instruction for the 9 week session begins Monday, April 7th and ends Thursday, June 5th.

No classes will be held on May 26th.

All Castle Heights students are welcome to enroll!! But please note that registration works on a first come, first serve basis, so turn in forms as soon as possible. Enrollment begins Monday, March 24th. Enrollment will continue through Friday, April 11th. If a class does not have sufficient enrollment by week one of enrichment the class will be cancelled.

To sign up, please pick up a registration form at the STAR Office and return it with a check made payable to Castle Heights STAR. Completed forms may be turned into the STAR Staff in the STAR Room. In order to assess priority for classes, all forms will be signed and dated as they are received.

Please do not leave forms or checks in the Castle Heights School Office, as the office staff cannot assist you with the enrollment process, and your child's space in a class will not be reserved.

If your child is not in STAR, we require a $10 registration fee for the 2007/08 school year. The registration fee is a yearly fee; once registered with STAR enrichment you do not have to pay again during the 2007/08 school year.

Non-STAR children must be picked up immediately after class. You will be charged for one day of child care if your child is not picked up and must remain with the STAR Program. If your child has a 4:00 class they may stay with the STAR Program prior to their class for a $3.00 courtesy fee.

Refund Policy

  1. No refunds of any kind will be given after the first week of attendance.
  2. We reserve the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment. Should such an event occur, your money will be credited or returned.
  3. Tuition will not be refunded if your child misses a class, quits or is asked to leave due to disruptive behavior.

We hope you will be part of our Spring classes!
